This Chardonnay is flavorful with tropical fruit tastes of pineapple and citrus.
Through a delicate double fermentation process, a delicate balance has been struck resulting in just enough acidity for necessary structure but softness in the wine which makes it easily drinkable.
Aged in French oak, there is a hint of woodiness but an absence of the buttery or butterscotch that has come to typify many chardonnays.
